By accessing or using the FindworkIndia website and mobile applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account. We reserve the right to revoke sessions or suspend accounts if suspicious activity is detected.
FindworkIndia is committed to a safe, transparent hiring ecosystem. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without appeal:
Reporting: Users can flag suspicious jobs or abusive messages using the in-app reporting tools. Our moderation team reviews reports actively and holds the final authority on content removal and account bans.
Findwork India maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding candidate payments. Under no circumstances is any recruiter, company, employer, or hiring representative allowed to request money from candidates.

Any violation of this policy—whether identified through AI scanning, user reporting, or manual moderation—will result in immediate and permanent account suspension, deactivation of all live job postings, loss of platform access, and potential legal escalation under applicable anti-fraud laws in India.
Recruiters and employers utilizing the Service must adhere to all applicable labor laws. You agree to use candidate data strictly for the purpose of recruitment for the specific role applied for. Selling, redistributing, or misusing candidate data will result in immediate legal action and platform banning. All recruiters must review and digitally sign the Recruiter Anti-Scam Commitment before performing any hiring actions on the platform.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, reviews, job posts). By submitting content, you grant us a license to display, parse, and process this content to operate the Service. We reserve the absolute right to moderate, hide, or delete any content that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the platform.
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning models, and automated algorithms for parsing resumes, mapping skills, scoring match rates, and running screening tools. These features are provided strictly "as is" and "as available" to facilitate the hiring process. FyndWorkIndia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, bias, fairness, reliability, or legality of these automated mechanisms. You acknowledge that AI-assisted decisions are merely advisory and that you remain solely responsible for manually verifying candidate credentials, qualifications, work history, and all hiring, firing, or engagement decisions. FyndWorkIndia disclaims all liability for recruitment outcomes, bias allegations, or discriminatory actions arising from the use of our AI algorithms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind. FyndWorkIndia hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the service, either express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, data loss, hacking, server downtime, or cyber-attacks, nor do we guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, legality, or safety of any job listings, resumes, company reviews, or third-party communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall FyndWorkIndia, its founders, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of employment opportunity, financial loss, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if FyndWorkIndia has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims under these terms exceed the nominal sum of ₹100 (One Hundred Indian Rupees) or the amount you paid us in the last 30 days, whichever is lower.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FyndWorkIndia, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or labor right; or (d) any claim that your content (such as job postings or reviews) caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by permanently deleting your account through the application settings. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms, harms our brand reputation, or compromises platform security.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by FyndWorkIndia. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
